Jessie Bradley

Partner

As Partner at Verbatim, Jessie Bradley brings nearly twenty years of political and advocacy campaign experience to the table. She has managed multi-state grasstops efforts on behalf of Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, and trade associations, and worked on electoral campaigns at the local, state, and national levels. There are likely very few issues and electoral campaigns that Jessie hasn’t worked on at some point in her career. 

In addition to her political and advocacy experience, she manages the day to day for a boutique paid phones firm. From the overall program planning to script production, and client management, the expertise of running a successful phones firm leads to more effective grasstops work via Verbatim. This understanding of the ins and outs of an effective phone program is what Verbatim clients need to help them get over the finish line.

She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, and lives in Washington, DC.


Alysha Prisbrey

Principal

Alysha Prisbrey brings several cycles of political campaigning, fundraising and compliance, and event organizing to our team. Her experience with one of Idaho’s most beloved political mentors propelled her to positions with the Idaho Young Democrats, the Boise City Council, and as a campaign manager for several successful municipal and legislative races and Finance and Compliance Director on several statewide races. 

Alysha has several years of political grassroots experience where she provides excellent consulting for races up and down the ballot, issue advocacy campaigns and corporate work. She has a keen sense of message discipline and is smart about the intersections of campaign tactics and universes which allows her to be able to tailor programs to the exact needs and budgets of the project she’s working on.

When she’s not working you can generally find her exploring new local breweries or hiking the Boise Foothills with her partner Brandee and their dogs Brewer and Draco.



Jenna Wingenbach

Operations Director

Jenna Wingenbach has over a decade of experience overseeing operations of grassroots advocacy work across the country and is the go-to for quality control.

Jenna attended The University of Central Missouri State, graduating with a degree in Early Childhood Education with a passion for helping children and families.

Jenna’s childhood passion has not faded. She takes immense pride in continuing to advocate for children and families through her work to drive polices to improve our school systems, and classroom teachings.

Bringing this even more to the forefront; two wonderful daughters Jenna and her husband, Kevin, love and adore. Peyton and Charlee are the “why” to everything she does and fights for.



Jen Shedrick

Human Resources Advisor

Jen Shedrick understands the staffing demands of grassroots outreach, which is a rare commodity in the public affairs industry. Most recently, she provided services to NextWave Advocacy, during the start-up phases of its grassroots mobilization capabilities. Her ability to construct a scalable virtual workforce of independent contractors across the country supported the success of the company.

Her initial forays in this arena were with Direct Impact and DDC Public Affairs, as a human resource generalist. She is credited for upgrading the recruitment and retention practices for the company’s Communications Center, a 50-agent, in-house telephone recruitment facility.

Earlier in her career, Jen served as the Human Resources Manager for the flagship Barnes and Noble store in NYC, at the time the largest book store in the world. She was also a Personnel Coordinator for Ardelle Associates/AA Temps. These experiences helped shape her abilities to identify high-quality talent to fill a variety roles to support scalable business models.



Todd Benjamin

Senior Advisor

Over the past two decades, Todd Benjamin has managed hundreds of grassroots advocacy phone campaigns for the most recognizable companies, trade associations, and nonprofits in the country.

Most recently, Todd served as Managing Partner of NextWave Advocacy, an innovative phone-based advocacy firm that revolutionized the way stakeholders convert public support into direct action. There, he was instrumental in the growth of the firm and the expansion of its operations.

As Senior Adviser to Verbatim, Todd contributes a vast network and a wealth of experience honed from nearly 15 years of working on a multitude phone-based advocacy campaigns issue campaigns including defense, transportation, health care, tax policy, and more.


Colby Snaidman

Associate

Having worked his first race as an opposition research intern in 2020 Colby has experience from various roles with everything from 501(c)3s, 501(c)4s, campaigns, and media buying firms. 

He always looks at projects from every angle. With a background in organizing, Colby excels when conducting grassroots outreach, whether for campaigns, nonprofits or 501(c)4s. Understanding where grassroots tactics meet messaging strategy. Colby brings his experience with script writing, quality control, and data management to Verbatim. 

When not working to ensure the best outcome for clients, Colby uses every weekend possible to take his dogs to the beach with his husband.
